Tie rod flip
So I'm looking for a cheap effective way to gain more clearance with my steering, and compensate for a 6.5" lift on stock steering, and I do have a xj pitman arm...anyone done this? If so, how'd it work out?? I'd like to keep the stock rod ends so if I bust em, I can pick them up at a local parts store. Thanks in advanced...Here's what I'm talking about...http://www.goferitoffroad.com/products.htm

I think the taper would be flipped on the knuckle if you tried to use stock parts. If no one helps you, I think I know some guys who have done this that I can point you to.
