Thumping

So i just got the death wobble sorted and it ran smooth for about a month. now i have a thumping as I go over bumps that sounds like a cross between flat tire flapping and the suspension hitting the bumpstop. At highway speed on a smooth highway, it almost sounds like a flat but the tire seems fine. I also just installed the jks discos which seem to be working fine in corners. Any idea where to start troubleshooting?

Also I'm running a 3" lift with new leafs, coils, shocks, and steering stabilizer. I have the rustys adjustable lower arms with the forged ends up front.
