Throttle postion sensor? Rubicon axle swap?

Why guys, I have an 01 XJ, and it has a cylinder 4 misfire. Back when I had a cylinder 5 misfire I did a tune up and that fixed it but now I have a cylinder 5 misfire and is running rich. I checked the spark plug and the coil, both are fines do I changed the o2 sensors. I was told it was my tps, but not sure exactly. Occasionally she'll idle really ruff, wanting to stall out after idling for some time.
Just need a second opinion on what it could possibly be.
Also, I may have the chance to get a set of free Rubicon axles, was wondering if anybody has done it or is it worth it? I have currently have the 8.25 in the rear and the 35 up front. Are the rubicon axles stronger? I also have an ford 8.8, that was in my previous XJ. Was wondering if the rubi axles wee stronger than the 8.8 or should I stick with the 8.8?

What axles to run depends a lot on tire size you want to run and how you will use the jeep.
