Default throttle body spacer

I want to get a 1" throttle body spacer for my xj. I heard ace spacers are good. Had anyone tried them and how well did it work out or is there another brand that is better

My friend put a Poweraid one on his XJ. Pointless except for the novelty, at WOT it sounds like a turbo spooling.

Ok my buddy put one on his dodge 1500 which has a 5.9 in it and has quicker throttle responce and the slight turbo sound. But I wasn't sure if it gave anymore horses or not

I have l the same benefits as your friend, also a little more low end power. Mine is a poweraid. I know a lot of people say they're junk, but i know what i felt.

I had one on my 5.9 Dodge 1500 and took it off and gave it away. All it did for me was aggravate the dickins out of me when reinstalling the intake duct to the throttle body whenever I was servicing it. No power gain at all.
