I have thought of the same thing. And the easiest would be to buy two different controllers. I have found some on eBay. You can change the temps from 170-210. So that may work for ya. But I think I'm going with one fan and one controller. Keeping my stock electric fan that kicks on at 215 or so. But I am also looking into a two speed fan and two speed controller. That would be ideal. Just my 2 cents. Good luck.

There is a t fitting that goes on the passenger side of the engine that's spliced into the upper of the the two hoses the violent flows through. It allows coolant to pass by the face of the sensor so it can judge the temp. It turns one on at like 170-180 then the other two at 210ish

It has 3 slots. 12v, 1, 2 1 goes to a fan and 2 goes to the other fans. My fans from them work a little funny the all come on at 205 ish
