For those of you with roof mounted light bars.
I'm looking at putting a led bar in my roof. I've looked everywhere and can't find an account of how it's affects vision as in glare off the hood. I wanted to mount it just over the top of the glass. Anyone have first hand experience?

I'm looking into getting an LED light bar soon too. I plan to get some brackets that mount to the rain gutter, and then slide the bar just far enough back to reduce glare.

My Cherokee is green (the best color BTY) and I've had no glare issues. Like previously stated, if there is an issue just slide the bar back farther if mounted to the rain gutter. Here is a pic of my present light bar which I plan to lift a half inch and mount the LED bar under for protection. I'm kind of fed-up with worrying about and knocking over my present lights.

If you wheel them very hard around tree's or in a forest on a trail system they "WILL GET BROKEN OFF" PERIOD!! If you have a "Mall Crawler" they would be fine or even a desert racer great again, but I beat on mine to go where I want to go.
I have 2 extra sets of Hella Black Magic's on hand just to replace the ones I break, which is all to often, at only $130 a set I have 3 sets on my roof rack. My lights are all below the top rail or my rack and yes it gets bent also at times. I could not see paying 4-$1,500 for a LED light bar to get it broken.
This photo was taken before the front side lights were mounted on the rack, I also have a set of rear facing backup/work lights.

No I don't have an Instagram and I Dont Know what mount I'm going to use. I'm not worried about knocking it off on trees I live in the desert not many trees out here
