Testing my hand at cut/fold
This is what I have so far. I'm stock right now but plan on doing a build so cheap/free mods that will need done eventually are getting done. I also removed the rear number and cut out rot and painted it. Progress so far. Feel free to chime in because this is my first 4wd build. Thanks y'all.

I feel a little embarrassed asking this, but I've never done cut and folding before. Is it just a pair of shears to cut the short lengths and a pair of pliers/hammer to fold it over? Is there anything else to do? I feel like it can't be that simple.

Sorry guys but I haven't been on here much lately. I plan on doing ~4" lift on 35s. It looks better than I expected because I just dove right into it. Lol. The front I just cut the outline of the stock flares. Rear I cut the lip off and used a grinder to do the slits and a hammer to fold it over.

Thanks guys. I'll post a build thread on break in an hour or so. Maybe sooner if these robots keep going down. Lol. The only problem with doing a build thread is that I'm still not 100% on the lift/tires I'm going to be doing. I change my mind every day. That's why I'm doing all of this other stuff that will get done no matter which way I go with it. Progress will be very slow because I work 6 days a week and play sports on my one day off.
