Taillights
Has anyone ever come across any clear tail lights for jeep Cherokees? I cant seem to find any and was wondering if anyone made them. My friend told me that clear taillights are hard to find for most vehicles but was just curious. I have found clear side markers and bezels but not tails?
Thanks,
Nate

None of those... im talking about all clear taillights... The illegal ones. The whole taillight is clear not just a part of it. For 97-01. Them other ones look ricey as hell. Im thinking of painting an xj deepwater blue with clear side markers/bezels/ and tails it they make them.

I just found the pic on the net. But it looks like you can't get them in the U.S. Here are the links for where you can get them if you can understand or translate them.

Red reflectors have been required in taillights since around '91. Not sure if that's the exact year, but my '88 MJ didn't have them and 92s did.
OP, I can't help you with finding them. You're probably gonna have to get real lucky at a swap meet cause they've been illegal for over 20 years, and I imagine they never sold very many for Cherokees (especially ones made after they were outlawed).
I would look into it just cause I'm curious, but I'm on mobile and don't care enough to drain my battery
