Default Sye on a stock Rig

NP242 looking to prep before I get my lift in a few months. What I have is time but the buget for the lift and tires won't be here for a while longer. Any problem with running Iron Rock offroad hnt on a stock rig. I notice in the instructions say to measure from the axel to the outpout shaft at the "lift height" I don't see any reason not to go ahead and do it....thoughts

Why don't you hold onto it and wait until you get your lift?

Just sit on it until you lift it. You need to size your new driveshaft to the SYE and lift combination.

Its going to be 4.5 inch lift and I was planning on using an xj front ds to keep the cost down.

Just hang onto it. It won't take an hour to install it and it'll be much easier with the Jeep lifted.

Yes, the front DS will likely be too long with stock saggy leafs
