Sooo i was thinking; we have a lift kit sticky but the one component that is JUST AS important if not MORE important is how one addresses the driveline... instead of people making more and more threads asking if it is necessary i thought maybe we could have some members pool some reccomendations, information, and explanations together so that newer XJ owners can be more easily informed on what they need?

some things that could be addressed-
when is an SYE needed and why is it different than a tcase drop?
what are some brands and which are better than others? cheaper?
What front XJ/ZJ driveshafts can be used in conjunction with these kits?
size lift compared to needed DS length with SYE

and idk if this affects it or not, but spline count on the output shaft?

either way, obviously i don't have the power to make this a sticky and i hope you guys think this is a good idea also.... if not, so be it.
but if anyone wants to put their input in and share some knowlage, ill edit it into my original post for ease of access.

again, if others think this is worth doing

We really wouldn't need so many stickies if people would search before starting new threads.
