sye kits with best warranty.
Now that I need a sye I've been looking around at different brands. And different warranty options.
Rough trail aka crown offers a lifetime against defects and breakage for price right around 170 plus shipping.
Rugged ridge offers a 5 years for around 178 plus tax.
Teraflex couldn't find any info on with a price from 233 to 306 plus tax.
Advance adapters no warranty info for around 180.
I'm leaning more toward the rough trail but not much reviews about it. I know all do the same thing just which one should I choose? I don't plan on ever getting rid of the jeep plus having a piece of mind for about the same cost is nice just in case you do have a problem. Which would you go with?

I've never seen a single post here or on any of the other Jeep sites (Crawlers excluded don't follow them) about a parts breakage issue with any SYE period. Only with problems with the way they were installed that caused problems and something had been damaged, lots of those.

I would be more concerned about the quality of the SYE and how easily a return could be made or replacement had. I recently solved a serious vibration problem by trashing my Rugged Ridge output yoke and installing a JB Conversions hi clearance yoke.

I see the point your making yes I've never seen a sye break under normal driving and some hard pushing. Yes quality but I've also seen quantity fail more then once. Like the iro cam but that's another story. I just want to get the best I can get with the best warranty too just in case I do happen to have a problem after a slotted time allowed and not have to spend more money on another output shaft or yoke. And if is warranty out do I have to sent back everything or is just the shaft and yoke covered?

That's what I figured. Ok so say I happen to find a broken sye that the shaft is either damaged or broken how would I go it getting just the shaft. Just contact the appropriate manufacturer?
