I measured with empty tank of gas at 6 inches so with full tank probably drop a inch. So it's any where from 4.5 to 6. How bad to drive with no slip yoke

I am not sure yet. Just got it this weekend. No plates yet. Just fulyy going over everything before take on road. The reason I'm asking sye question cuz it's 4 or 5 inch lift. And shackels are at 90* I got to pick up a angle finder to check pinon and transfer case angles along with drive shaft angle. Can I use RC relocation to help with angle or is there any other way. To help shackle angle

The RC shackle relocation brackets will work and also will give you and additional 1-1.5" lift depending on how you place the shackle. I am plan on getting one for mine.

I just installed mine ( shackle relocation )and helped with the ride also.
I see that the wheels are ford explorer type you will want to check stud length some of the ford wheels are a little thicker and the factory studs don't have much threads for the nut. seen a few and don't want to loose a wheel
You can eyeball the pinion and if its looks inline with drive shaft then it should be good. Just my opinion but I would go with the full SYE kit not a cut and tap just me and you can install without pulling the transfer case not a bad job!

I installed mine without pulling the t-case. Just dropped the cross member IIRC to lower the trans down a bit which gave me a bit more clearance up top.
All in all, pretty easy to do in the Jeep. You do need a good set of LOCK RING pliers (totally different than snap-ring pliers). Get ones with flat jaws, mine are Craftsman and were like $25 or so. Much cheaper online
