Swapping the seat cushions on WJ seats
I pulled some WJ seats from the JY the other day, and I have the fronts installed. Power recline and lumbar support is nice!
Seats are super comfortable, but I noticed that the outsides of the front seats have less support than the insides next to the console. I assume this is because of how a person gets in and out so many times, it has just worn the foam out.
Can I swap the cushions from the bases between the pass and driver side? This would put the less used pass cushion on the driver side, and improve the outer hip support on the driver side. What say cherokeeforum?

There are some slight differences between the two sides, but I'm sure it can be done. An upholstery shop can build up the flattened foam and do it pretty cheaply too. By the time you buy some hog ring pliers and hog rings, you will have spent almost enough to have a shop fix it.

Found this link. Apparently a rip in the fabric is pretty common. I'll try to take it apart this week and see if it is torn and try to patch it up.
