Default Stroking the 4.0L in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic.

Ok so I have been researching on how to do a stroker engine on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic with the 4.0L. The problem that I am running into is that the head that I want to use for my Jeep is from a 96'-99' Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0L. (Casting #: 0630) From what I have read the exhaust ports on the 0630 head are different then my current one. What should I do for a header? My stock Exhaust Manifold has the two Catalytic Converters attached to them. Is there anyway that I can get rid of those and just have the one Catalytic Converter? If there is anyone that knows a solution for this please feel free to let me know!

'03 or newer 0331 heads are fine. They don't have the thinner wall that is prone to cracking like the 00-02 heads.

Sorry about the confusion but the question is not what head I should use but what exhaust manifold/header should I use, since the exhaust ports on the two heads are different. Also that the exhaust manifold that I have now has the two catalytic converters, I was wondering if there was any way to get rid of those? (Of course keeping the main)

i am not totally sure, but they are both intended for the 3 cylinders that feed it, one will not be enough, unless you get an aftermarket one, then you may run just one. also you need a 91-98 header for your jeep, and the matching mid pipe that goes back to where the cat is on those cherokees
