Default Stock headlights vs 55w HID w/ fake projectors?

So I have this jeep with a HID kit and the projectors are the cheap and fake ebay ones. There is no cut off line and I wanted to know if you guys can tell much of a difference between the visibility of these and stock head lights.

I need to get this jeep inspected in Maryland and I'm not sure if it will pass with these HIDs.

Well I truly doubt they will fail you for the hids. Most people only check to make sure all your lights are working as designed. So as long as they light up...and your brights work it should be fine. I know here in pa as long as its under 6500k then they are legal. There are other laws but no one really enforces them. How bright are the lights while driving? I have the fake projector ebay ones on my geo metro. Tons better then stock. But I wasn't sure I wanted them for the jeep or not.

Visibility will suck and you're going to blind the crap out of oncoming traffic. A decent Maryland Inspection station might not hit you for the hid's, but get you for the aiming. Which will be basically impossible with these lights.

The aiming looks fine in the pics. And they are not going to turn the lights on and stand in front of the car....or at least I highly doubt it. They probably blind people but they don't look for that. They will just make sure they work. I know the ones I have are bright and he reflectors in the headlights can be pretty dang bright if at the right angle. But my metro is so short that no one seems to care. I never have anyone flash me. Now I don't have hids either....
