Default Steering wheel

thanks in advance for any info you guys can provide!

i have a 96 xj. and am needing to replace the stock airbag steering wheel with an aftermarket unit, This is part of a semi-serious audio build, and the chunky wheel is blocking my line of sight to the drivers side kickpanel.

i am not finding much out there, and the search here didnt provide much help. I assume that part of the reason im not finding much is because of liability issues for vendors and manufacturers.

anyway, if anyone has a source for known to fit adapters or a good work-around, i would really appreciate it!

thanks

brian

#1 Stop looking for an aftermarket replacement for a 96 XJ
#2 Start looking for replacement wheel for 56 bodied Pickup truck, that runs a 96 Jeep Steering column.

My sterring wheel is a Grant that my dad actually bought for his 1993 Chevy Blazer. Aparently they have the same style adapter.

His 96 has a completely different column than your 90.
