Starter Rebuild

anyone ever rebuild there starter and know where to find the kits to do so? I have found new brushes but that's it.

My starter is cranking really slow only when the engine is hot, so i'm fairly certain the motor is on it's way out.

scraped the grease off and found it was the original starter with 258,000 miles on it, so figured it was time to replace it. It failed to start the engine tuesday after work so i sucked it up and bought a new one.
