Hi I’m new here, I have a 1998 jeep cherokee. I've been trying to get it back up and running since being stolen. I’ve had to replace the steering column, which I did with one from a 1999. I was able to get the pcm that went with 1999 since installing both I’ve Been able to start it and have it running but after about 30 mins it’ll cut itself off and the pcm is hot. I’ve checked the grounds within the engine bay and cleaned them. Since the pcm has gotten hot I don’t have any spark when cranking, and the fuel pump doesn’t kick on either. What should I look into?
