Ssbc rear brake swap.

I bought this rear disc kit years ago. I know about liberty and grand Cherokee swaps but I didn’t at the time I purchased the kit. What I’m looking for are pictures or this set up on other cherokees. It went on easily and feels good but the callipers were not stamped left and right. I installed them so the new brake lines lined up and my parking brake cable lined up perfect. I’m only concerned because the callipers are towards the back of the rotors and most of the pictures I’ve seen with other brands shows them in front of the rotors. Does this make a difference? It’s a 2000 xj with a 8.25 rear.

This is the drivers side

As long as the bleeders are on top and the inlet on the bottom, it is a go

Bleeders that it came with go into the banjo bolt for the brake line. Puts it perfectly centered on the caliper. That’s the part that makes me question the set up the most.it does stop great. The driver side is a little slower to stop than the passenger side but I’m gonna check the slide pins. The kit sat for years so they might be hanging up. It’s only noticeable on jack stands.

If it works, that is all that counts

Mine are on the rear. I think your need clocked up 1 hole.

I think you can mount them either way but I dunno lol.

But yes bleeders always up.
never-enevermind you can't clock it up one hole
