spring rubbing

Have roughly 4.5 in lift. Drop brackets and re adjustable track bar.

Front spring on driver side rubs bad on the bracket for the track whenever that side stuffs a few inches. Any ideas as to why and how to fix?

Track bar is too long, shorten it a little.

Or axle is too far back. I had a similar issue with drop brackets and 4.5" lift.

If you'd like, I could provide the measurements of my uppers and lower control arms (all adjustable). I set them up to have the wheel centered in wheel well, proper pinion angle and 5.5 degrees caster.
The drop brackets are designed to shift the axle forward to begin with. This usually causes the springs to contact the sway-bar ends. I solved that problem also.
There may be differences in drop bracket design. I have Rough Country. There is also Rubicon Express and Rocky Road Outfitters.

I have the rough countrys. However no adjustable control arms. Just new lowers that were a little longer.

OK.
Is the track bar adjusted properly with the wheels centered left-to-right, looking at the jeep head on?
Also, if the lower arms are too long compared to the upper arms, than the coil can have an 'arc' in it. The arc in the coil spring would contact the trackbar bracket.
