Spine engagement

I had to install relocation brackets and boomerang shackles on my XJ due to some issues with stock shackles hitting frame.

Now I have 4.5 inches lifted in rear, and 2.25 inches lifted in front. Measurements taken from top of axle to frame.

2 concerns.

1. Is that too much of a difference from back to front?

2. Spline engagement concerns. I know I need an SYE but it’s just not gonna happen right now. In the attached photo I can tell the female side of slip yoke is about an inch and a half from the base of the male end of slip yoke. Should I be concerned or is that a normal about of space?

Thank you you for your help!

I had to use a SYE because ofvibrations I had and I also have a 4.5 lift . I used a hack and tap so I run a front drive shaft in the rear now , so my xj has 2 of the same drive shafts . and that means I only need one drive shaft for a spare .
