Speakers in rear doors?
Searched high and low. Looking for more info... what fits, will the window still go all the way down? Pics if you have them. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking that I would mount the speaker to the door panel not directly to the interior door. I think this would space it out an inch or so out.

i just put speakers in my rear doors today. doesnt look pretty but it works. used a speaker that is 6 1/2in and 2in deep. put it in bottom corner near hinge. cut out the door panel and put the speaker cover over it

I also put 6 1/2s in my rear doors, they fit perfect but I also have manual windows. On a side note, i left my door cover how it was without cutting it and placed it over the speakers, i know its not as loud but it sounds great to me and they are hidden that way.
