If it is like the Aussie you have to slide the right cam gear and spacer against the left cam gear. Then you slide the c clip down the gap on the right side into place then put the gear and spacer back on the right side and install the cross pin. Very hard to explain!

I hope you have it by now but if not, I had to get the axle the right depth and take a screwdriver and tap it into the slot. Everything is so close of a tolerance it has to be near perfect for it to go in. It didn't just slip in, but it will fit. I love the lockers but the instructions are almost worthless.

push right cam gear to left cam gear. rotate until the milled slot for the c-clip is in view. depending upon the gap between the right cam gear and the carrier, you should be able to just slide the c-clip in by hand. I did. If it is too tight for that you will have to make a tool out of a hanger to do it.

I've read where other people had to do that. It's a tight fit for sure. I just kept tapping with the screwdriver till she went in. It was so tight I reached a point I knew I would never get it back out. You'll get it.
