My radiator cracked. Ive wanted to change it to and open system for a while now and i need to get it done. so if anyone know how to do so with a different radiator or anything else please help me out.

Get one from a 92+ cherokee so it has the cap. You can get an aftermarket 2 row/3 row just specify that it's for a 92 or newer. Then with the renix aux fan plug either remove that and add a switch to maually turn the fan on or buy a new switch that can fit into the thermostat housing of a 92+ thermostat housing. That is what I'm planning on doing in the future. I'm pretty sure the temp bung just closes at a certain temperature so you can buy an aftermarket one in whatever flavor you like and then just solder the wires in.

i used a radiator from a 94 from bennett it had a plug in the tank just screwed the fan sensor right in add a over flo bottle were crapppy expansion valve was and connnected heater core direct wors great

Do you have a part number for that radiator? I googled bennett is it from bennett auto or what? Thanks
