If you have a helper available then have them keep pressure on the pedal while you are everywhere underneath searching for a leak. That's if it's only the case that there is one. As far as bleeding that tool is a decent way to go. Just start passenger rear and keep going to all sides in order. Bleed them out until you think no more air is in there; then do it even more! Air is funny in brakes it likes to stay!
