I've got one. The install took a little longer than I wanted. I wish the tire didn't stick out so far. It's hard to beat for the price, and it provides mounting points for a hi lift and a jerry can.

Does the hi-lift mount vertically or horizontally?

A buddy put one on his built CJ a few years ago. The tire mount didn't hold up to offroad use. He got rid of it. Maybe they are made stronger these days?

I have it and it is alright. I don't think buying a more expensive tire carrier would be any better. I like that it comes with rear quarter guards. Also it matches my front bumper.

I was looking at one of these last week on the trail, and when the guy caught me ogling it he warned me that the fuel cans don't fit the bumper.
