Anyone with the xrc winch bumper for the cherokee? Is the bull bar a bolt on?

I think the price answers why there is nobody running these. I would have to be dropped on my head to buy one. The one you have in the pic on your profile is wayy nicer. If you need a badass winch bumper with a stinger just get one from TNT customs for less than half price.

If you look this up on smittybilt's website you will see the vendors are selling the bumper for $399. eBay is good for some things, but some of these folks are delusional when it comes to what things cost.

I thought that too, but it is just the bumper info off of the mfg's website. Same seller has the bumper bar for 300 and bumper for 1500.

exactly then somewhere else it says "Other Part Number: Only Fits on XRC Bumper #76810" So I emailed them and this is our exchange:

Well it's not smittybilt; it's some 3rd party eBay seller. Only thing I can think of is maybe smittybilt is on back order as always and this person has one of the first run bumpers and is trying to sell a bridge.

From what I understand, these bumpers don't exist. They have not been produced yet according to 4wd.com, even though they were advertising them. My local shop said the same thing when they checked all of their vendors and that was the story they got. This was my original choice for a front bumper before I switched to the RC.

yeah that's what i was thinking...but it does say estimated ship date is feb 20th when I mock up an order. And if you click on buy now on the smittybilt website, it says in stock and ready to ship for 4wd.com

I was told around first of December, but also that I should be aware that the date may not be reliable. Obviously it hasn't been. The bumper looks really good, but I was not willing to get repeatedly pushed back and hold up my project. I'm glad I didn't roll the dice on it. Take a look at the Rough Country bumper for a reasonably priced alternative.

that is a nice alternative. The only thing I don't like is that the D-ring mounts are bolt on and don't come already welded and are an additional charge. I'll have to think hard here.
