Slip Yolk Eliminator Install From Parts Transfer Case
So I did something wrong when I did the SYE install. I swapped the fork and entire SYE shaft with gears from parts t case. Both NP 231s. Fights to get in 4 low and pops out every chance it gets But goes down the road with zero noise. In 4 Hi anything above 20 mph sounds like somebody is banging on it with a hammer. In 2 wheel drive it drives fine with no noise. Not running the front drive shaft. Going to take it apart on Friday to investigate. Do you guys have any ideas of where I went wrong?
