Default Skid Plates

hey guys. so i just went rock krawling last nite for the first time. i have a custom 3.5 inch lift with soon to be 31's. i have the factory front skid, the factory gas tank skid, and the transfer case skid. i would like to kno wat brand skids are good and wat skids should i get? thanks guys

Did the other skids fail? If not then what's the problem?

Factory skids are good, unless you get into a bad line or plan on doing some intense rock crawling

If you plan on going on a lot of rocks or getting hung up then I would advise you getting some sliders and maybe a belly skid

I have a skid-row transfer case skid plate, and while it is strong and has protected well (I could jack the jeep up with it), it does seem to hang lower than it really needs to.

I have the same oem skid and I was told that a manual ax15 skid plate can fit and gain an inch of clearance

Does anyone know if the stock tcase skid will work with a inch drop?

yeh i have rock sliders from AJ's. it saved me last nite.
