Should it flex more than that?
I have a 97 Cherokee Sport. I recently installed a 3" zone full leaf with upgrade nitro shocks. I also put a IRO double shear track bar. I have taken it off roading twice since I installed it and I didn't really feel like it flexed as much as i was expecting. I removed the rear sway bar last week and took it out to test it and i don't feel like it really improved much.
I am just curious if this is about the normal amount of flex on a new lift since it isn't broken in much yet? Also would the shocks be limiting the flex?

It looks like you still have your front swaybar connected. That will limit your flex quite a bit.
And yes if your shocks are too short for your lift height they will limit the amount that the axle drops.

You're running stock fenders with no trimming, and definitely looks like your sway is still connected. As far as shocks, yea they can limit flex but typically your tire will be stuffed by the time the opposite reaches full droop

My front sway bar is still connected. Its my DD so i am waiting to save up and get quick disconnects for that. I haven't had a chance to check the full length of the shocks to see what they extend to. Would having the front sway disconnected make a pretty big difference?

Yes you need front SB disconnects to be able to really flex it out in addition to trimming the fender wells if everything else is correct.
Don't know what size tire you have but my 33x12:50's required quite a bit of trim with a 3" lift to keep them out of the sheet metal.
