Default Wheels and tires

I will be coming into some money in September and and now starting to look for wheels, I'm pretty sure I want the cragar soft 8s but don't know what size to go with... I want 4inch or more in back spacing and 15 inch height, but don't know about width, right now I'm rolling dean at 31 10.50 but next year I'll be rolling 35s or higher depending on if I swap to 44s...

So more than less looking to get answers for
What size of Rim should I go with?
Also tires? I'm sitting on a very slim budget but want input on what I should go with, for tires I do a lot of trail driving around Montana so we get a little of everything from mud to rock to a little street driving, currently it is my dd so will need snow to factor into those tires...

So shoot ideas and opinions my way please an thank you!!

15x10 would be a good size.
