Your link wasn't working for me so I did a quick google and found a pic with an explanation.. pretty cool! I'm interested for a price.

A while back someone posted about them needed a jeep to test the head on.

That would be a very nice head for a stroker motor or any with boosted motor for that matter, lots of meat there to work with on the flow bench.

Can't quote the guy, but be said around $1300 complete.

I can't get past the fact they misspelled Cylinder (Unless this was a Chinese product, since sometimes it is spelled that way there??)....how does such a major mistake make it to your display at such a large event as SEMA???

Haha. That is funny.

This isn't a Chinese product. I've been to their foundry and talked with my rep about it this weekend. Looks really nice maybe I'll upgrade mine since I get master distributor pricing across their line...

Do you need a new best friend to take a 2nd one at that price?

Not really impressed with stock size valves. And 'as cast' ports and cumbustion chamber. No specs on flow numbers and spring specs.

Maybe next year they will have a 'Victor' series head with 2.02"/1.60", CNC ports and combustion chamber, and pushrod holes big enough to pull a lifter thru.

They spelled "cylinder" wrong......

LAF1269 Nov 8, 2014 08:19 AM

Wouldn't have made more sense to start making these about 20 years ago? I guess it's better late than never.

Hopefully their attention to detail will be better on the actual product.

1000rrstunna Nov 8, 2014 10:37 PM

They are probably making them now since there is a demand now because several heads have been damaged ect....

andrewmp6 Nov 9, 2014 07:25 AM

Really the best budget 4x4 you can buy today is a xj.Take the 4.0 if you stroke it the factory head will only flow so much before it starts to limit power. With this head it should out flow the factory head.Sure you can run power adders but i rather have a na motor with power down low vs having to rev it up to make power.

s346k Nov 9, 2014 10:18 AM

looks like another edelbrock letdown. $1000+ for a head that is hardly more capable than a stock casting? no flow numbers, valve angle, or compression information? what a joke.
