s10 full leaf spring????

ok so i bent well all my leaves (cheap AAL did a great job at that) in one rear spring..i happened to have a 97 4x4 s10 zr2 going to junk so i did some measuring i knew you could bastard pack it but my main leaf was tweaked so i threw the whole pair in my jeep..i had to redrill the spring pin/locators and at first glance the bolt to bolt distance measured the same as the xj..but when i put the spring in it flattened out and got a little to long also gave me an extra inch of lift (at about 5.5 in the back) now when i flex my shackle hits my rear body support would a set of boomerangs fix this or when i do my rear bumper build notch the support i kind of like how squishy they are that little bit longer not a huge fan of wierd shackles but if they work they work..

you could bring your old pack somewhere to be re arched and then do the bastard pack

old spring is shaped like a "S" not worth saving..also i like the "lack of $$$$ spent" on the aquired springs, and i really like the added flex of the longer spring, i just want to know if a boomerang shackle would provide clearance on the rear body or if i should just cut a notch and box it in to provide the room?

Relocate your shackle. Will that help you out?

there really isn't room to go back unless i notch out the rear support..i think that's gonna be the solution . but i don't have to move the hanger.
