Anyone use these? How do you like them? Personally, I'm intrigued. I don't know if I like them or not. But I bet I can get really bright reverse lights!

I have a set made by Farmboy Fab, but the same thing pretty much. I like them a lot, saved me from a lot of broken taillights.

Thanks for the JCR link. I think that's the way I'll go since it's side-marker ready. Nice that they have an LED light kit ready to go, but I'll prices those out separately. Should be able to build it cheaper.

Yeah i like the style of jcr better and they offer them made in to quarter panel armor if you want.Yeah the led lights you can get online cheaper if you look around,I think you gotta use a led flasher to get the turn signals to work right.Search around on here i seen a write up somewhere on here.

I have the ones from JCR and wish I would have gone with the full quarter panel/light housing instead of just the light housing...

JCR wants a lot for those damn lights... I'm gonna keep my stock lights for a while longer.

Thor offroad. Awesome investment. No more busted tailights everytime I go out. Difference btw these and JCR is that they have no sidemarker, which is why I baught them.

I'm not sure if I need them, but I live in California so I'll just assume I need side markers. As much as I like the idea of up-armoring the XJ, I think the bolt on armor is just another way for water to get trapped between the armor and body and lead to hidden rust. I don't normally get myself into situations where I wished I had armor. At least, not yet. Could change. The taillight boxes where just a way to get a distinctive look as well as LED lights in the back.

If you seam sealer up the gag between the armor and jeep it would be water tight for years.

Those are awesome, and look great. Thanks for posting those, i was looking at the JCR, but want more protection than just the lights

Glad you like them. JCR makes full quarters like that also.

One way I solved this is to comp cut the rear and put the LED tails in the hatch itself. WAY more protection and clearance IMHO. Hatch is easier to replace than rear quarters. Just do a google image search for "Comp Cut XJ" and you'll find many examples in photos.

Looks awesome, but i domt think i wanna cut that much off just yet. Ill wait till i destroy a quarter first lol.
