Default rustys 4.5in lift install ?'s

Well i bought my xj about 3 months ago and ive been doing a lot of reading since then. I just bought a rustys 4.5in lif with full spring packs, im excited to get it on.
The reason for my post, i live in NY so wih my 98 there is considerable rust. What should i expect to be replacing while installing the lift? I think i read something with the shock mounts is common to break?
Thanks, and ill add a few pics when my phone will let me upload them.

Start spraying EVERYTHING that needs to come apart with "PB Buster/Blaster" for a week before putting the lift in...Tj

You don't NEED spring compressors. Some people use them, others don't. If you hit the lower control arm bolts you won't need them. Be careful not to over extend brake lines

the kit comes with new fixed lca's, so that shoudlnt be an issue then, thats cool. im not sure if it comes with a brake line extension.

I snapped all four of my rear shock mount bolts and broke my sway bar end link on one side. Just read up on the rear shock mount fix, there is several ways to fix them and more than likely you will snap one. Good Luck I have a rustys lift kit and am very happy with there products, other than the shocks.(they are rough)

did a quick search came up short on a solid answer for alternatives to the stock mounting setup. Anyone have a link or for more info on shock mounting fixes/options?
