Running rich after neon injectors and bored throttle body upgrade
Hello again ,
You guys have always steered me I. The right direction in the past and once again I need some help!
I have a 99 XJ. I upgraded to the 748 injectors and a 57 mm throttle body , my xj I s running very rich and my mileage is about 12.8-13.8 mpg , I recently have some work done at a friends garage and he basically said the reason it's running rich is because of the injector upgrade , so I wondered if any of you more knowledges than I with these xj's had any thoughts?
Thanks again for your time
Steve

yep, hold negative battery terminal to the positive for 30 seconds and then get in the jeep, turn key to on position, turn headlights on for 10 seconds, turn key to off position and done! It'll run rough for a while after but it will relearned itself after about 500 miles at very most.
