Lockers the cheaper ones are lunch box that replace the spider gears,Then you got full carrier lockers,And to run 35s youll have to re gear the jeep or else it will be a dog to drive.

Starting with a 4.0 and 5 speed (3.07:1) use the axles out of a 4 cylinder auto (4.10:1).
Save $, Weld the rear.

Stopping and steering are still an issue with big tires.

Do you mind breaking? in 3' of snow?
If that is OK, just run the stock axles and 35" and weld or locker the rear.

If you don't want to break-
D30HP- truss, weld the tubes, C arm gusset, HD control arm brackets and track bar bracket, 4.56 or 4.88 gears, chrome moly or RCV axle shafts, HD steel diff cover.
8.25- truss, tubes welded, 4.56 or 4.88 gears, locker, CM axle shafts, HD steel diff cover.

About $4000-4500 + labor.

Plus steering and track bar upgrade and suspension upgrade with 4-5" lift and SYE.

It gets expensive fast.

Going to point you in this direction--------> https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f67/lo...24-12-a-32980/

Otherwise, sell those 37's. purchase a set of craigslist 33's and build it right. As mentioned, an XJ on 33's properly setup is the Cats Meow.
