I'm finding conflicting information on this sye so i want some confirmation from fellow XJ owners.

Majority of the websites I've seen this on say it is for WJs and TJs but a few have said XJs also. I need a positive confirmation before I drop money on it although I'm like 99% sure it will work.

Do you have 3 transfer cases or something? there is no good reason to run a super short SYE on an xj. They are intended for short wheelbase rigs that need all the driveline length they can get.

anyway, to answer your question, if it will work on a tj np231, it will work on an xj np231.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe he has something else planned..? Still wouldn't need it.

Na I was reading some crap on naxja and it was tossed around to just add in a ss instead of a normal HD one. Could have been talking about a wj/tj though. Crap gets cut off in mobile apps.

Ill just go with a normal one and save the money for something else.
