Rough overall price of a 4.5" lift+accessories
Let's say I pay 700 for a 4.5" lift that comes with front coils, rear full leafs, fixed front lower control arms, front shocks, rear shocks, adjustable track bar, sway bar drop kit, t-case drop kit, brake line extensions, u-bolts and shims, what else would i need, and more importantly, roughly how much would everything else i need cost roughly?
I'm mainly just trying to figure out how much I'd have to drop to have a solid 4.5" lift done right.

Do you already have tires? That's a good $800-$1200 chunk if you don't.
Other than that, just depends. Your list looks pretty inclusive. You may consider upper arms as well, though I don't know if they're necessary at that height.

I don't have tires yet, but that's because I haven't decided on which size lift to go for yet. I'll be getting tires from Treadwright, so it'll only be around 400-500 bucks.

I guess I'll be the one to say it, SYE and cv driveshaft. It was super important on my lift, I couldn't drive with putting in a sye. But you have the tc drop if you don't want to spend more money

The military uses them...
Fleets use them...
I think they'll be fine.
So does the government agency that released this report.

As the report says, negligence is what's more important...
Rotate them, balance them, make sure your Jeep's aligned, make sure they're aired up to the proper point.
Should be fine.
