as long as the rest of the steering and suspension is in decent shape you are good to go.

they are there to mask over problems.

 

77olds , Cowboy , with youse ! I figuire that if Chrysler saw fit to include one , there`s a reason ... Also , I have DW ( apparently caused by the sway bar bushings and end links being shot ) and the road around here ( San Antonio Texas ) r crap , so replacing the stabiliser along with the bushings seems a very good idea !

 

I had the cheap one on a previous XJ and it was just fine.
