Not sure this will help ya, but if you dont want to drill holes you might have to run the wires down sides of the windshields and then down through the corner of the hood or into the vents, thats what i did with my CB radio antenna, until i broke and drilled a hole...which isnt a bad idea, i like it much better once i sealed it up good and tight haha

I don't have any pictures, but I ran my wires through my stock roof rack channels and ran the wire through the hatch. Works great with no holes in the roof.

you could drill a small hope, wirs it and seal it with silicone and repaint it. orrrr find a rubber plug and drill a hole in that and stick the wires through it. should keep it water tight.

maybe this will help. i recently built a roof rack for my XJ and have 4 lights mounted to it, so far. heres how i ran my wires. its not the best way to hide wires but i didnt want to drill a hole or run miles of wire some other way.

Same. Ran wires through rack itself to the rear and into the small cover that the hatch speaker and defrost wires go into.

I ran mine through the hollow weather stripping around the door. If you use heavy enough gauge you can just push it through (I used 12 ga.) From there I ran it out a hole I made at the bottom, under the plastic door jam thing, through the firewall, and onto a relay.
