Default Rock krawler, Synergery, Cav, Blee, 3 link kit for XJ cherokee

I'm looking for a 3 link for my XJ. The old Rock Krawler 3link stopped being produced I believe 2 years ago. If anyone has one for sale let me know

My next choice is the Synergy 4 link which I would run as a 3 link.

($1120 Shipped) Synergy's 4 link is highest price
($1044+shipping) Clayton's 3 link say 6 inch of lift or more so not really an option
($810 Shipped) B lee is a good 3 link but I don't like one piece crossmember
($860+ shipping)Cav Fab same as BLEE don't like the crossmember

I don't want to do a radius arm at all. Best bang for the buck is BLEE just can't get pass the crossmember. I Plan to flat belly my cherokee so I like the idea of the frame brackets that synergy and Rock krawler have.

Synergery i can buy the frame brackets and just the lower control arms for ($760 shipped) then have a upper link built. I think that's the best option.

Blee awhile back gave me a price on just the arms in a DIY setup for under $300 which I could use with the Synergy Brackets which are $300. So about $600 and some welding

Just looking for some input on a good option. I do lots of trails and rocks. I'm at 4.5/5 inches of lift and I'll be running Q78 TSL's if that matters.

I do believe CavFab is working on a modified crossmember...contact them to get the skinny...yes, the RK is no longer produced, a damn shame, I recently installed one I got on CL NIB, and it is beefy...although weighs a ton, the arms are solid round stock...not tube. Install was pretty straight forward. If you want the RK, keep an eye on CL and the bay, you might find one!

Also, FWIW, I have heard nothing but good on the BLEE and CF kits...crossmembers are always an issue, it seems...and one of the reasons I like the RK kit...

Sounds like cavfabs new alpha series kit is right up your alley. I'm patiently waiting the release myself. 3 piece xmember with more clearance, high clearance arms, etc

I would stay far away from the B LEE 3-link kits.

For the money, you get a very underbuilt kit compared to others.

It's been discussed many many times here and other forums.

The kit could have a few changes made and be far better, but it seems they don't care to.

Out of all my research, Cavfab was the best bang for the buck, and the highest quality. I ordered mine a few weeks ago and he upgraded me to the new Alpha series kit for the price of the old one. I believe that deal is still going on, you may want to check with him

I'd have to see the crossmember for CAV Fab. I want a flat belly skid. Tnt is the closest but even there skid hangs down about a inch.

And I do like the high clearance lower control arms. I'm surprised these smaller companies aren't making the frame mounts like synergery and rock krawler for the arms. You can tuck the arms inward of the frame rail for lower lift heights and more clearance.

I haven't found hardly any reviews on the synergy 4 link which looks like a well built kit.

Wish Cav Fab had some sneak peak of what he is building.

I've mentioned this both to cavfab and Dave ever since the talk of the alpha kit. Hoping to see it happen.

I really don't like how low the arms mount on the crossmember on Cav Fabs kit. My stock crossmember has lots of groove marks in it from dragging. Even with 1/4 inch brackets after awhile those mounts for the ears would bexpect chewed up. Maybe for milder wheeling the setup is fine. His kit hasn't been around long enough to show how they hold up. So defiantly interested to see the alpha series crossmember and arms.

Yes his kit has beautiful welds and 1.25 JJ but otherwise I'll be holding out for the new design.

Still can't find a ton of reviews on the synergy kit. The lower arms are bend for better tire clearance and ground clearance. Mounts are beef and set up high. I don't like that the uppers are 1-3/8 .188 wall. So I don't think I'd run that with one upper. The lowere are 2" .250wall. At $300 for the mounts and $460 for the arms that's $760 and I would just have to build a upper arm. Out of 1.5 inch .188wall. Which I priced everything to build one upper and I could do it for around $100-140 depending on which side I'd buold if for. So that would be a good option that I am leaning towards if CAV Fab doesn't come up with a good option

Here's a link to that Rusty's kit unidentifiedbomb was talking about http://www.rustysoffroad.com/jeep-su...on-system.html it actually seems like a very nice kit and has .25" wall uppers like you wanted
