Rock Krawler Suspension on 98 cherokee? yes/no?
I have a 98 cherokee that i was thinking of running a Rock Krawler lift. I was thinking of the X Factor or the Triple Threat long arm system 4.5 or 6.5. I was woundering if any one else has ran there stuff, would like to know from personal expearence. I want a good rig i can drive to and from the trail, but get mad flex on the trail. Hope some one can help.

sure, why not... just be ready to spend money all the supporting mods needed
longer brake lines
drop transfer case (or better yet new rear drive shaft and slip yoke eliminator)
axle shims in the rear
most likely you will need new gears because you are going to b running much lager tires I bet

Yes i have taken all considerations with what has to go with the system, drive shaft, break lines, slip yoke and so on..
Yes, I have a Currie 9" detroit locked 456 gears 31 spline chrome molly shafts disk breaks and intergraded skid plate with 33s for the rear.
I still need to build the front..

RK is good but I'm not a huge fan of their joints but they stand behind their parts. Clayton is another to look into. but Rk makes some damn nice stuff, lot better then most of the other options out there.

If your dropping that kinda coin I'd look at the Clayton with rear coil conversion. Cools give you the most flex unless u have found that perfect leaf spring. But if the spring was that light it'd probably be trash on the road. If u have the know how, which from your axle build it sounds like, I'd go with the coil conversion from Clayton

I love my RK kit. People trash on them all the time but I have more flex than any zj I have ever wheeled with and the highway ride is amazing, my RK joints have almost 50,000 hard beaten miles on them and they are still holding up fine. Go with what you think you will like best its your rig
