Does or has anyone run the Revolution Gear and Axle Rev-XJ-8.25-456 Gear Package lately, i know RevG&A used to be on par with Yukon and all of them, just curious after reading the one bad review on Amazon (
Amazon Amazon
) ,,,,,, wondering if anyone has input, thanks!

I think people for the most part who know what they're doing with gears aren't very likely to leave a review at all. But those who have little experience and do a ****ty set up and smoke a set of gears all very likely to leave a bad review

That does make sense but the guy that left the review on Amazon said he's done about 300 installs of different gear brands (credibility unknown) just wondering

I'd definitely buy what your comfortable with. I have experience with usa standerd its yukons cheaper line. I smoked my first set of rear gears and can't blame the gears.
also have good experience with rons machine

I'd assume if the guy has done 300 sets of gears that he's had a failure or two and has learned alot. He may also have done 3 sets and has no clue what hes doing or his buddy had a failure. I trust whats said on the internet about as much as I trust my Xwife, you can probably guess how much trust that is

I got my USA standard gears from Ron's Machine, they have been great.

95% of gear sets are coming from China or India. The other 5% is Samgong or "Circle K" in Korea which is known as the #1 gear manufacturer on the planet. Revolution tries to sell Circle K gears exclusively. Yukon, Revolution, G2; they do not manufacture bevel gears, they buy them from overseas. Regardless of who you buy gears from, just ask for Circle K gears.

Agreed. Most everything distributed by the united states is cheap crap. Quality is a thing of the passed and quantity rules
