Default Replacing the Lower Control Arm Bracket

The lower right control arm bracket has twisted and is starting to crack/tear near the axle weld. We are going to replace it, and I was wondering how hard this is going to be. It looks fairly straight forward, cut the old bracket off grind the old welds off and weld the new bracket. Give me some feed back on what to watch out for please. Also we are going to buy the new brackets from Ballistic Fabrication.
