If you're looking for aftermarket seats, check out Soloracer.com. They have some good prices and free shipping on orders over $500. They also have vehicle specific mounts. I got Corbeau Baja RS in Black Vinyl from them with the double locking XJ complete mounts. $844 shipped for both seats. Feels like a leather Lazy-Boy recliner. Lowest price I found shipped.

If you have a 95+ XJ, WJ leather seats are a bolt-on fit. You will have power if you grab the power seat rail from the WJ as well.
Then just add a kit like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-gear-single-dial-switch-carbon-fiber-seat-heater-heated-seat-car-cushion-/170912649180?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27cb300fdc&vxp=mtr
That is probably the cheapest way to go about this.

If you want aftermarket go with Corbeau they have great reviews. If you want cheaper replacements go with ZJ or WJ. If you want really nice covers then go with Wet Okole.
