Renix Radiator Swaps

This is a very common discussion and I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread about it. Radiator/pressure bottle swaps. Please only post what works/doesnt work, keep all other discussion for other threads. Pics if you have an interesting setup. Maybe this can get stickied at some point like the Junkyard threads, etc.

Works:
Radiator for a 97/4.0/auto from NAPA. About 80 bucks. Aluminum/Plastic. HO thermostat housing, HO heater hoses (no coolant valve), I use a powerade bottle for my overflow, Auto "cooler" lines hook right up.

I think I got mine setup from a 91-92 from a junkyard.
91 radiator
91 overflow bottle
renix therostat housing, new style alows you to bleed air from it I believe.
91 radiator replacement hoses from autozone.

I run right at 190*..I have a 2000-2001 electric fan..has more blades and they are curved..but it never turns on even if I'm running the jeep hard, or letting it idle.
