So, I want to put removable pins in my XJ hinges. I know someone's done this before, so before I 'reinvent the wheel' I'm checking to see what's already been done. My 2 door doors (drivers especially) sag so much, that anything I do to it isn't going to create a worse problem. In fact, I'm hoping replacing the pins with something different might even help the situation.

1) What is the best way to remove the hinge pins

2) what size should they be drilled out

and

3) what kind of removable pin should I use?

It would be fun to pull the doors off during nice summer days, just like I used to do with my CJ's.
