Rear Tool box .. anything out there already ?
i really prefer to have tools on hand all the time, but want to lock them up .. not in plain view .. I keep extra shirts / jackets in jeep to throw over my mobile tool shed
is there anything already fabbed .. to attach to stock spare tire bolt by rear window
seems a good location .. bolt could hold box in place / secure it .. then lockable lid ?

I've seen guys use ammo cans there. I think either a 25mm or 30mm ammo can would be large enough. Just cut a slit in one side to go over the piece (sorry, don't know what it's called) that sticks out from the wall, and attach it with something inside the can. Easy to add a hasp to lock it as well. I'll see if I can find any pics.

I have an 80mm ammo can on my room for all of my gear. It is awesome and would work inside a car just as well and keeps everything concealed.

Pics in that are in my Dakota, but I've since put it in my XJ. Cut a hole in the side, slid it over the tab for the stock tire carrier and ran a bolt through it on the inside.
