Rear sway bar links for 4.5" lift??
I'm about to get my Rough Country 4.5" X-Series lift in.
The kit requires the removal of the rear sway bar. Most people say this is no big deal and you won't notice the difference... unless you are towing.
I tow quite a lot. I'm remodeling my home, so I have to haul lots of stuff. In the last month alone, I've loaded my trailer up with over 30,000 pounds of fill dirt/sand, concrete retaining wall blocks, and patio pavers. Not all at once, mind you, but about 3000 pounds at a time on a 5x10 trailer.
Rusty's makes some rear sway bar links for 4.5" and up lifts for $80. But, they say they won't work with stock wheels and that you need off-set wheels. I have '06 Wrangler Unlimited Ravine wheels on my XJ, installed with 1.25" spacers. I don't know if the Rusty's links will work or not. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I don't really have the time or welding tools to fab something, so I need a "just buy it" solution, either new, or by using parts from another vehicle that I can get at a JY.
Thanks.

I have Ravine wheels with 1" spacer, 4.5" lift. 31" x10.5" tires
The ravine's have more backspacing than stock but the spacer allowed me to use the stock rear sway-links that I extended 4".
I was using Skyjacker 'soft-ride' leaf springs, they were very soft so I rigged the swaybar to work.
When I switched to BDS 7 leaf I was able to ditch the rear sway bar. They are designed with carrying loads and towing in mind.
